Full Moon Lunar Cycle Meditation(s) with Rena $20
This is a monthly meditation that is held on the full-moon. Each month, Rena will explore the aspects of that
particular moon and the healing properties that one can work with under that moon. For each full moon,
we will have information available about the color associated with that moon as well as any other
information that you might want to have in advance to bring with you.
Next Full Moon Meditation:
Monday, September 15th 7pm to 8:30pm
The color is green, so please wear green and bring a green candle. We will be working with Rena for this
month and next on creating prosperity and abundance for our lives. For these full moons, please bring or
purchase a candle at Good Vibrations to do part of the ceremony. The color green is this month - meaning
that you can wear the color if you wish and have a candle of that color. Candles in Jars that are 7 day
candles (they are sturdy pullouts) are available for purchase at Good Vibrations for $4.99. The candle
should not be enclosed in a jar unless it is a pull-out because you want to be able to write around the sides of

teachings of the late therapist Virginia Satir. This workshop is appropriate for people who want to create a
year of meaning and purpose. Some of what will take place during the worksho will be to understand
individuals family issues and learn ways to transform belief systems that keep them stuck on old ways. It will
focus on overcoming old family rules and self-esteem issues and will include meditation, group work, as well as
family sculpture. We will also spend time visioning and creating an image that will help keep the idea alive
throughout the year. This may also be useful for people in recovery since all of the trainers are very familiar
with the 12 step philosophy. It should be a wonderful experience in a relaxing atmosphere.
Water and fruit will be provided and lunch will be catered by Eli's bagels. There is limited enrollment, so
please register early.
