Good Vibrations has several rooms for presentations & private practice:
1 Large Presentation Room or Yoga Room (will hold 75 seated participants)
1 Medium Meditation/Workshop Room (will hold 10-12 participants)
2 Practitioner Rooms with Massage Table/2 chairs/work table
1 "Counseling" Practitioner Room with Couch & Chair, coffee table*
*can have a massage table set up in it if needed
1 "Reading" Room: Room set up for tarot and psychic readings or consults.
Room Rental Information: Room Prices: Large Presentation Room $30/hr. (or percentage of program if practitioner would prefer) Medium Meditation/Workshop Room $25/hr weekdays - $30/hr weekends Practitioner Rooms with Massage Table $18 hr. or $125. to reserve one day of week (i.e., all Mondays) for entire month (4-5 days mo) Counseling Practitioner Room $18 hr. or $125. to reserve one day of week (i.e., all Mondays) for entire month (4-5 days mo) Reading Room $15/hr or $100. to reserve one day of week (i.e., all Mondays) for entire mo.

Other Room Rental Information:
Rooms rented on an hourly basis will be rented on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be reserved by
telephone at (845) 357-VIBE (8423). 24 hour notice required for cancellation of room reservation or fee is
due. Practitioners need to sign a liability waiver and are advised to carry their own practice insurance (Good
Vibrations will not be liable for any damages or claims against you or your practice). This waiver will also
state that the tenant will not conduct any illegal or immoral activity on the premises. Tenants are expected to
be respectful of other practitioners/clients with regard to neatness and noise. Please note that room rental fees
are by the hour only. We do not break up hours into 1/2 or 1/4 hrs. When planning your program, please
figure in your set up time and packing up time into your overhead expenses. If you book a room for certain
hours, we may have a program before it or after it. Therefore, you need to be accurate in your time
reservations.
Good Vibrations is open for retail business Sat/Sun: 10am-5pm
Mon-Wednesday-Friday: 10am-6pm Tuesday-Thursday: 10am-8:30pm
*If you wish to use a room after posted hours, special arrangements must be made in advance.
To book room please have the following information in advance:
- A description of what you do (i.e., energetic healing, tarot, etc.)
- What room you would like to rent.
- Do you want to book by hour or rent by day/month?
- Your bio and any promotional material. May we put your bio on our website?
May we put it in our practitioners guide in our lobby?
- Do you book your own clients or do you want our front desk to book your clients?
If we are making the reservations, please give us the information needed for booking...
i.e., appointment times available, length of appointment, prices, services offered,
information needed from client, how you accept payment, etc.
- Are you wlling to provide the Good Vibrations staff with a demonstration or a
complimentary session with you? (There are 6-7 of us)...
We suggest that you do this as many of our customers ask us whether we
have been to a practitioner personally and want our personal feedback.
Of course, the practitioners that we have experienced personally often end up
getting more bookings because of our ability to discuss our experience.
- We strongly suggest that each practitioner have their cleints sign a waiver.
We have a sample waiver if you would like to see what other practitioners may be using.
Guide for Workshops/Programs:

Please have the following information ready before you make an appointment to discuss/book your program:
For Workshops/Programs:
- The name of program and complete description of your proposed workshop, including;
a description of program that will give details of what participants can expect;
as well as a concise explanation to put in our "upcoming events" calendar.
- What you need from participants (i.e., birth information, items to bring, how to dress).
Also, let us know what qualifications/criteria might be needed by participants to participate.
- How long the program will run (# days, # hrs.)
- What you will charge for it (please figure in the room rent when you figure out that charge).
- Minimum # participants, Maximum # participants.
- What set up is needed... chairs/tables/etc.
- Your bio (decide if you want it posted on our website) & in our practitioners reference guide.
Please have your bio, brochures or written material. Please bring copies of your credentials
(i.e., licenses, etc. to be on file)
- You need to sign a waiver that you are completely responsible (liability) for your own workshop
and are advised to carry any insurance as needed to cover yourself in your practice.
- Be prepared to discuss how you will be promoting this workshop. *The workshops that have significant
energy put into them by practitioners to fill the seats are the most successful. Just putting a program on
the calendar will not make it happen. Please consider what your target audience is and where/how you
plan to reach that audience.
- Be prepared to take out your calendar and look for dates and time to book your program.
- We need a significant amount of lead time to help make a program successful. It takes a 6 week lead to
have some publications list a program and two weeks for us to get it into the computer and on website, as
well as out in an email notification and in the store flyer.
